I discovered sugaring while looking for an alternative hair removal process due to an unsightly, painful reaction caused by waxing and a dissatisfaction with the pseudo-smoothness provided by a razor.

After falling in love with the process and the result, my search for a local place providing this miracle service was met by a startling realization--there were ZERO locations in Louisiana offering sugaring! In an effort to make sure our gorgeous, beauty-conscious southern belles could experience ultra-smooth, radiant skin, I made the trek back to San Diego in order to be certified as an Advanced Sugar Hair Removal Specialist.

Since first introducing sugaring in May 2014, the desire of local women to ditch old methods of hair removal for an effective and affordable alternative has been overwhelming, humbling and incredibly satisfying. Hence, the birth of Sug (Formerly Sugar and Bronze).

  • Meagan is a dedicated esthetician who brings a passion for skincare and wellness to her work every day. When she's not pampering her clients, she's busy being a loving mom to Ellie Ray, her source of inspiration and joy. Meagan finds solace and relaxation in the soothing waves of the beach, where she enjoys spending quality time with her family. With a blend of professional expertise and a nurturing spirit, Meagan is committed to helping others look and feel their best inside and out.

  • Meet your favorite esthetician bestie, fueled by a love for reality TV, fantasy romance novels, and sushi rolls. Married to my soulmate, I thrive on girlie pop nights where the tea is the kind you spill, not sip. Specializing in sugar hair removal, intimate lightening services, and custom airbrush tanning, I'm dedicated to empowering clients to embrace their true selves with confidence and comfort. Let's make every visit a journey to self-assurance and radiant skin!

  • Skylar has been a licensed esthetician for a little over a year, but her passion for skin and beauty started long before that. From a young age, she knew esthetics was the career she was meant to pursue. She specializes in custom airbrush tanning, sugar hair removal, lash lifts/tints, and brow laminations. Skylar’s goal is to make every client feel confident, radiant, and beautiful in their own skin. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can usually find her with a good book, watching reality TV, sipping coffee, enjoying a thriller movie, or grabbing sushi.


  • God has blessed me with love of my life and between him and I we have 6 children. Needless to say there’s never a dull moment around our house. I graduated with a degree in Biology from Fran-U and worked in dermatology before joining the Sug (Formerly Sugar & Bronze) management team in 2020. I love to celebrate others - the big things, the small things, and everything in between. I find joy in celebrating which is one of the reasons I love tanning clients and working for Sug. I get to celebrate with them for their big moments and small moments- weddings and graduations, down to simply celebrating women who get a day to themselves for self love. I love hearing their stories and being a part of their celebration. Working with amazing women is the biggest bonus of all. Being a “momager” I get to share some of my wisdom and knowledge and I learn new things everyday too lol If I’m not at work or with my family, I’m probably in the kitchen baking. It’s a part time passion I love to share

  • Morgan is a licensed esthetician specializing in sugaring hair removal, lash lifts and tints, and brow services. Her passion is helping clients feel confident and cared for while creating an experience that goes beyond just a service. She loves building connections with each person she meets and ensuring they leave feeling their absolute best.

    When she’s not in the treatment room, Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new food spots, shopping, or playing video games. She’s also a big Young Sheldon fan who could binge it any day! As an animal lover, dogs hold a special place in her heart—though sea otters will always be her favorite.

  • Haley is a licensed esthetician specializing in sugaring and spray tanning. She’s passionate about helping women feel confident, comfortable, and sexy in their own skin. Outside of the treatment room, Haley loves crocheting, reading, thrifting for weekend finds, and playing PS5 with her husband and kids. Coffee in hand, she’s always ready to explore new places and experiences!

    When she’s not in the treatment room, Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new food spots, shopping, or playing video games.
